This agreement governs your use of the services offered by Pulse. Please read this agreement carefully before using the products and the services. If you do not agree to be bound by the T&C, please do not access this Website or avail any Services provided through this Website.

Pulse may change, modify, amend or update the Terms from time to time by publishing an updated version on the Website. You are responsible for checking these Terms of Use periodically to remain in compliance with these terms. Your use of the Site after any amendment to the Terms of Use shall constitute your acceptance of these terms and you also agree to be bound by any such changes/revisions.

Further, this Agreement between you and Pulse is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration:

: It is mandatory for the User to register in the Website to avail any service and by registering the User agrees and undertakes that at all times to remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and user id, and shall be fully responsible for all activities that occur by use of such password or user id. Further, the User agrees not to use any other party's ID and Password for any purpose whatsoever regardless of any authorization from such party. We do not collect any information from minors. In order to use and or register with the Website you must be 18 (Eighteen) years of age or older.

2. Purpose of usage:

The User agrees to use the services provided by Pulse, its affiliates, consultants and contracted companies, for lawful purposes only.

3. Accuracy of Information by User:

The User agrees to: (a) provide true, accurate and complete information about himself and his beneficiaries as prompted by the registration form on the Website; and (b) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

4. Termination or suspension of your access:

If the User breaches the Terms and Conditions of the Agreement, in its reasonable opinion or at own discretion for any reasons as we may think deem fit, Pulse may suspend or terminate the account or access to all or any part at any time.

5. Price and Payment Policy:

The sale and distribution of Service(s), will be through Pulse Telesystems Pvt. Ltd. under the brand name of Beat Net. All rates published are in Indian Rupees and Pulse reserves the right to change the rate at any time. The User need to choose suitable service plan as published in the Website and Pulse may offer multiple payment options online for availing the Services.

• Lack of authorization for any transaction/s, or
• Exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and your issuing bank, or
• Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, or
• Decline of transaction for any other reason/s

Pulse will not be liable for any credit / debit card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you and the onus to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on you.

Pulse will not be liable for any damages, interests, claims etc. resulting from not processing a transaction or any delay in processing a transaction which is beyond the control of Pulse.

6. Refund Policy:

Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of Pulse, will only be made through the payment option used for the original transaction by the User. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require Pulse to refund the Price (or part thereof) unless such Price (or part thereof) have previously been paid.

7. Cancellation Policy:

In case you cancel or disconnection of the services, the terms envisaged there in the Customer Application Form (CAF) shall apply.

8. Intellectual Property:

All intellectual property rights in this web site, design, text, logo, graphics, applications, software, underlying source code and all other aspects belong to Pulse.

9. Copyright:

All Content included in the Website, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Pulse and is protected by the appropriate Intellectual Property Laws.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

The entire terms & conditions of this Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, India.
